Key responsibilities

Build relationships to identify and evaluate private capital market opportunities and generate client leads
Foster relationships with qualified investors committed to invest in early-stage to pre-IPO companies in the region.
Support and advise early-stage businesses in their pursuit to raise capital
Work with management and colleagues in achieving set business and financial goals.
Take responsibility for creating marketing memorandums to introduce companies to prospective qualified investors in the region.
Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Role requirements

A relevant degree and atleast 6+years in a Private capital market space
Experience in raising private capital markets either from buy-side or sell-side esp with expertise in equity capital markets, structured share financing and M&A
Experience in dealing with corporates to build innovative capital raising solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A good market network to VC’s, family offices and related across the region or beyond
