Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise AI and data strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Manage partnerships with hyperscalers, software vendors, and research collaborators to enhance capabilities.
Drive advanced AI initiatives, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI agent architectures.
Oversee cloud-native, distributed data pipelines, ensuring robust governance and operational resilience.
Champion enterprise-wide AI/ML operations best practices, leveraging both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Serve as a technical leader and liaison to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and industry partners.
Monitor emerging AI and data technologies for strategic enterprise adoption.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful delivery of AI initiatives.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; PhD preferred.
15+ years’ experience in enterprise AI/data systems, with 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
Proven track record in deploying enterprise AI systems, including LLMs, autonomous AI agents, and MLOps.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed data architectures.
Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing technical teams.
Experience engaging with hyperscalers, vendors, and external partners strategically.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
