Head of Finance (West)

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with statutory requirements and accounting standards
• Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing financial risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and system functionality, including implementing automation where applicable.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring ongoing professional development.
