Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels.
  • Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational targets.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in buying/ sourcing office or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, and logistics best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
