We are currently partnering with a Family Office, headquartered in Singapore.

They are looking to hire a Portfolio/Fund Operations Manager into their team, with responsibility to support the day-to-day management of the investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Fund accounting, investor reporting, conducting cash flow analysis, treasury management, and providing portfolio analysis about return metrics
Prepare accurate investor reports, reconcile data from counterparties, resolve discrepancies, and oversee fund reporting, corporate actions, and cash movements to ensure complete and accurate portfolio records.
Produce regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, including return calculations, benchmark analysis, cash flow tracking, capital call projections, and attribution metrics.
Participate in initiatives to strengthen financial systems, streamline processes, and enhance controls

Role requirements

6+ years experience, with experience in fund operations, fund administration, fund analysis, reporting, or investment operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CAIA are advantageous.
Familiar with Private Equity or Venture Capital investments
