Senior Program Manager (Global EMS, Front-end Semiconductor)

Key responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are consistently met. Proactively manage risks and resource needs while ensuring smooth execution.
• Client Growth & Engagement: Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Work closely with commercial teams to align program results with strategic goals and long-term partnerships.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality). Resolve challenges effectively to maintain alignment with client expectations.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear updates to both internal leaders and client stakeholders, including executive-level reports, presentations, and participation in business review meetings.
• Strategic Planning & Improvement: Contribute to growth strategies, account planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
