Our client is an international financial services provider engaged in personal banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking and wealth management with an extensive presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.

Key responsibilities

Build and lead high-performing teams.
Lead end-to-end analytics and presentation of Balance Sheet, RWA, NIM, leverage exposure and returns for the Treasurer, Group CFO and other senior stakeholders.
Deliver accurate and timely balance sheet MI, flash, and forecasts to senior decision-making forums (ALCO/GALCO/Board).
Drive innovation in analytics, automation, and reporting to enhance performance management.
Ensure robust governance, risk management and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Act as controllership lead for Treasury’s cost of funds, C&O processes, and balance sheet integrity.

Role requirements

At least 15+ years of Team Management experience in a Treasury, Liquidity, Capital RWA and Analytics.
CA / CPA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent preferred.
International experience an essential for this opportunity.
Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role.
Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
