Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for assigned business units, aligning people’s initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Drive HR programs and initiatives at the unit level, including engagement, performance management, and change management.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide insights into employee trends, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Serve as the go-to advisor for all people-related matters within the business unit, addressing employee queries, concerns, and process implementation.
  • Analyze HR data and reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Champion changes by challenging existing processes and implementing more agile, effective solutions.

Role requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources with 15+ years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven experience in driving HR initiatives and acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution excellence.
