Senior Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation sessions with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
• Analyse existing processes, dependencies, and legacy systems to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development and testing teams.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, managing defect triage, sign-offs, and release readiness.
• Oversee post-implementation review and production-support transitions to maintain uptime and service continuity.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure enhancements are delivered safely, accurately, and within regulatory and operational constraints.
• Manage stakeholders across front, middle, and back-office functions, ensuring traceability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
