Tax Manager (Transfer Pricing)

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax reporting, planning, and transfer pricing across multiple Asia Pacific jurisdictions.
• Ensure tax compliance and monitor evolving country-specific issues, particularly around transfer pricing.
• Develop tax-efficient models and structures, and engage with authorities on incentives and advisory matters.
• Provide tax input on M&A and restructuring activities, including integration and reorganization.
• Drive optimization initiatives related to market entry, supply chain management, and regulatory changes.
• Oversee regional tax operations, including intercompany transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams on tax incentives and planning initiatives.
• Contribute to digital transformation by implementing tools to support dashboard reporting and effective tax rate planning.
