Key responsibilities

Leading and managing the EMEA MI team, ensuring delivery of high-quality management information and analysis.
Preparing and presenting insightful financial reports and business performance analyses for senior management.
Partnering with EMEA CFOs, CEOs, and other stakeholders to support business reviews, forecasts, and budget processes.
Driving automation, digital reporting, and process improvement initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Python.
Collaborating across global teams to align regional MI submissions with global finance objectives and standards.

Role requirements

10–12 years of relevant experience in financial services, with strong exposure to management reporting and analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior leaders.
A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with proven leadership and project management capabilities.
