Logistics Manager

Key responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the entire last-mile logistics strategy, including warehouse coordination and transportation from the port of entry to the end client.
• Partner Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of carriers, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery partners to ensure superior service and cost efficiency.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, transport costs, and service quality. Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Operational Excellence: Plan and oversee efficient delivery routes, manage shipment processing, and ensure inventory accuracy to guarantee timely and accurate campaign launches.
• Problem-Solving: Act as the primary point for resolving any logistical issues, complaints, or delays, ensuring minimal disruption to client campaigns.
• Compliance: Ensure all last-mile operations adhere to local and international laws and regulations across the different countries.
