Our client is an Investment Management Firm based in Singapore and is seeking an experienced FP&A Associate to place in their team. This role is central to providing strategic finance insights that guide management decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Lead the preparation of the 2026 budget and ongoing forecasting
Produce ad-hoc analysis on costs, revenues, ratios, and break-even AUM
Support investor reporting with forward-looking financial forecasts
Collaborate on implementing a new budgeting platform and enhance reporting processes
Manage stakeholders independently and bring best practices to the team
Mine and analyze data using Excel (including VLOOKUP) and visualize insights using Power BI

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis experience in the financial services industry
Comfortable with unstructured, hands-on, and often manual processes
Able to work independently, manage multiple ad-hoc requests, and craft clear financial narratives
Highly collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
