Key responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal KYC/CDD procedures, maintaining accurate accounts receivable within the CRM portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with clients, becoming their primary contact for non-legal queries and workflows through proactive client care.
  • Point of Contact: Act as a liaison for clients, facilitating communication between the client and internal teams on administrative, compliance, and non-billable matters, including client portal access and billing inquiries.
  • Collaboration for Growth: Work closely with relationship partners and senior colleagues to identify opportunities for expanding and cross-selling services, based on knowledge of client businesses and needs.
  • Marketing Engagement: Distribute marketing materials to clients and external intermediaries as appropriate to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with marketing teams to organize seasonal client engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support broader initiatives and projects within the organization as required by management.

Role requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a professional services, business development, or relationship management role.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry dynamics and market sector trends.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with comfort in optimizing processes.
  • Trustworthiness: High level of integrity, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Digital Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
