Python Developer/ Coder – High Frequency Trader

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for brokers, exchanges, and live trading issues, managing alerts, rejects, outages, and end-of-day processes while executing risk-reducing trades when needed.
• Build and improve real-time trade monitoring systems and automate critical processes like position reconciliation and locates borrowing to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze trading algorithms and leverage systematic trading expertise to optimize execution strategies and improve operational workflows.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and risk managers to resolve trade discrepancies, ensure smooth settlement, and communicate incidents and process improvements clearly.
