Finance Shared Services Centre – OTC cum P2P Lead

Key responsibilities

• Reporting to the HQ of Head of Finance, APAC, with a dotted-line reporting to the Group FSSC Operations Manager, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the OTC and P2P functions within the Finance Shared Service Centre, leading a team of more than 40. The team is responsible for end-to-end AR, AP and GL transaction processing across multiple APAC markets, ensuring that all activities are executed accurately and in full compliance with both statutory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• The role will drive operational excellence by championing process efficiencies, service delivery improvements, and automation initiatives such as RPA, while also supporting system implementations as needed. As the SSC is still in a relatively early stage of its development, this position will play a key role in strengthening its foundation—identifying process gaps, enhancing controls and compliance, and building the capability and readiness of the SSC to scale and support future growth.
