Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IRRBB reporting (internal and regulatory) for assigned clusters/segments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong governance.
  • Establish and manage daily/monthly reporting rhythms and MI to support Treasury on IRRBB and liquidity metrics.
  • Oversee BAU IRRBB reporting for regulators (PRA / MAS / HKMA) with robust controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Continuously assess and enhance control, governance, and reporting frameworks to maintain a strong risk and compliance posture.
  • Partner with Cluster Treasury and Finance to support regulatory interactions through timely analytics and insight-driven commentary.

Role requirements

  • 12–17 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in IRRBB reporting, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise in IRRBB metrics, regulatory reporting, and banking book risk across a broad range of products.
  • Strong technical aptitude (Advanced Excel, reporting systems; Python/SAS a plus) and familiarity with BCBS 239 and regulatory data standards.
  • Proven people leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and upskill high-performing reporting teams.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across geographies with clear, confident communication.
  • Deep control mindset with experience in operational risk management, audit readiness, and control remediation.
