Transfer Agency- Fund admin (Alternatives)

Key responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of fund and SPV clients, with a strong focus on investor servicing and transfer agency activities, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Transfer Agency & Investor Services: Manage end-to-end investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence, including documentation review, KYC/AML checks, and maintenance of accurate investor records. Prepare and issue investor communications (capital calls, distributions, subscriptions/redemptions) while supporting investor queries to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers and investors.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Prepare and execute client and investor payments. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance and filing of fund and investor records. Assist with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
• Accounting & Reporting Support (Secondary Focus): Support fund accounting operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, fee calculations, NAV support, and preparation of financial statements under US GAAP / IFRS / SFRS. Coordinate audits and assist with GST and tax compliance filings in collaboration with external auditors and tax advisors.
