Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential medical and corporate partners, exploring collaboration opportunities, and expanding the clinic’s referral network.
• Build and nurture long term relationships with existing partners through regular visits and proactive communication.
• Represent the clinic at external events, promoting services and gathering valuable market insights.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of patient leads—including complex cases—serving as their trusted point of contact throughout the patient journey.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, effectively communicating the clinic’s unique expertise and value to support informed decision making.
• Deliver personalized, high touch support to patients, guiding them through financial or insurance considerations to reduce hesitation and enhance their overall care experience.
