Key responsibilities

  • Drive the People agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision
  • Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR guidance across all functions and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives
  • Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with at least 20 years solid HR experience across the full spectrum of HR, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
  • Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organisations will be beneficial
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
