Finance Director (Real Estate)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function, ensuring strong financial management and operational support to the business
• Partner senior leadership on financial strategy, planning and performance optimisation
• Oversee capital deployment, shareholder funding processes and equity capital management
• Maintain oversight of liquidity, cashflow forecasting and funding requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including consolidated management and statutory reporting
• Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance processes
• Lead audit engagements and manage relationships with external advisors
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance monitoring
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a strong culture of accountability and collaboration
