We are looking for a Senior AI Product & Research Engineer who can bridge applied research with enterprise product delivery. This role involves designing, prototyping, and scaling advanced AI solutions, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic systems, from proof-of-concept to production deployment. You will define frameworks for evaluation, safety, and observability, ensuring responsible and reliable AI adoption in enterprise environments.
