Our client, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative marketing leader to join their regional team. This is a senior role with significant visibility responsible for shaping the regional marketing strategy and strengthening partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in architecting and executing an integrated regional marketing strategy, elevating brand experience, driving adoption of advanced medical technologies, and deepening long‑term customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a regional marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy across Asia, ensuring cohesive messaging for clinical and executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of regional peer to peer programs and events, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Champion voice of customer insights to inform campaign development, content creation, and product innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global commercial teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and market needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities, providing strategic recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Support additional initiatives as required to advance company objectives.
  • Travel regionally and globally (approximately 30–40%).

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Science or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in the medical device industry, including regional leadership and commercial exposure.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience engaging clinical leaders and C‑suite hospital executives.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
  • Exceptional executive‑level influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and diverse teams.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Singapore (on‑site role).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
