Our client is a global leader in Corporate Services and is looking to hire an Associate or AVP level candidate to join their Fund Reporting team, focusing on financial reporting and accounting for a portfolio of Real Estate investments.

Key responsibilities

  • Review monthly/ quarterly financial reports and valuations such as NAV/ Cash analysis
  • Provide support for deal acquisition and management in accounting and reporting functions
  • Help the team lead with asset sales, including preparing fund flows and working with tax teams, and support the portfolio deal management in accounting and reporting.
  • Review monthly reports, check quarterly valuations (NAV, debt, and cash), and tracked liquidity and cash regularly.
  • Work closely with the relevant internal teams such as legal, tax and legal teams to ensure smooth flow of deliverables
  • Be involved in projects such as process improvements initiatives to improve workflow

Role requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in fund reporting or fund finance, with exposure to Private Equity or Real Estate funds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
  • Certified Chartered accountant or equivalent
  • Hands on Team management or vendor management experience is essential. Experience in managing an offshore team shall be a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment
