Group Financial Controller (SGX Listed Co)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, including group consolidation and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
• Oversee statutory reporting, results announcements, and preparation of annual reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and listing requirements
• Manage external audit processes and act as the primary liaison with auditors to ensure efficient and successful audit completion
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements, including ongoing disclosure obligations and board-level reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and overall financial planning to support business performance and decision-making
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance processes, while overseeing tax, statutory filings, and corporate governance matters
