Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies, workforce plans, and HR initiatives with business objectives across multiple markets and business units.
  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist advisory support, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, employment legislation, and governance frameworks across diverse operating environments.
  • Partner with leaders to build leadership capability, improve team effectiveness, and embed a strong performance‑driven and values‑led culture across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Support workforce planning, succession management, and career development initiatives to ensure organisational capability and continuity.
  • Deliver end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, development, and exit processes.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters with a balanced, pragmatic, and compliant approach, taking into account local practices while maintaining organisational standards.
  • Support organisational design, change management, and restructuring initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely access to high‑quality talent aligned with business and operational needs.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate and compliant HR operations, including contractual documentation and people processes, across multiple locations.
  • Review and analyse people metrics and workforce trends to provide insights that support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of future HR priorities, policies, and process enhancements to support organisational growth and scalability.

Role requirements

  • A degree in HR/Business or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of strong business partnering experience
  • Strong knowledge of regional labour laws across SEA and MEA
  • Coming from a multinational environment, especially within the manufacturing and trading business
  • Someone self-sufficient, growth-minded and able to work independently
