As they continue to expand their footprint in the APAC region, we are seeking a high-caliber Relationship Manager to join their Hong Kong team.

Key responsibilities

  •  Strategic Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations.
  •  C-Suite Advisory: Build and manage relationships directly with client CFOs, COOs, and senior stakeholders.
  •  Performance Monitoring: Organize and chair formal service reviews, using MIS data to drive process enhancements and strategic change.
  •  Business Growth: Identify cross-selling opportunities and partner with the sales team to expand the firm’s footprint within your portfolio.
  •  Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends to advise clients on potential impacts to their business.

Role requirements

  •  At least 12 years within Financial Services /Fund administration in a client facing role.
  •  Related experience managing client relationships within Fund Administration, Sales, Trading, Risk Management, Operations, OTC Derivatives, or Fund Accounting is a distinct plus.
  •  A strong grasp of fund structures (Hedge, PE, Real Assets) and operational areas (Fund Accounting, Risk, or OTC Derivatives).
  •  Strong team-oriented skills with a proven track record of working effectively across internal departments.
  •  Demonstrable communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable preparing and leading high-level client presentations and interacting with senior-level management.
