Our client, an SGX-listed industrial manufacturing group, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Singapore team to support daily HR operations and activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities and hiring requirements across business units, including coordination of the end-to-end hiring process and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist with talent management processes such as performance review, succession planning, and staff development programs.
  • Review and update HR policies, employee handbook, and staff benefits in line with regulations.
  • Handle HR operations including payroll instructions, HR reporting, manpower planning, and benefits administration.
  • Support employee relations matters and assist with office administration and HR system support.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of hands-on HR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders across all seniority levels
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese to support business communication needs
