Key responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Review and prepare full-set management accounts and financial statements for premium Trust portfolios and underlying offshore entities (BVI, Cayman, etc.).
Global Transition: Support global offices in transitioning, standardizing, and quality-controlling international client accounting workflows in Hong Kong.
Client & Audit Liaison: Handle client inquiries on complex accounting and tax matters; coordinate closely with external auditors, bankers, and internal stakeholders.
System Optimization: Monitor workflow KPIs and actively participate in system implementation/UAT for trust accounting platforms (e.g., Viewpoint).
Team Leadership: Supervise and review the work quality of a small team of junior/mid-level client accountants.

Role requirements

Experience: 4 to 8+ years of solid experience in Client Accounting, Trust Accounting/Finance, or Fiduciary Accounting from international Trust firms or top-tier TCSPs.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Trust structures, private wealth portfolios, and offshore entities (BVI, Cayman, etc.).
Systems: Proficiency or strong review capability in Viewpoint.
Mindset: Track record in workflow optimization, data migration, or system UAT; high attention to detail.
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager roles.
