Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role heading up the firm’s APAC Transformation Function. You will support country teams across the region to deliver transformation initiatives through regional coordination, shared approaches, and practical use of technology, while acting as the key link between APAC and the Group Transformation function. The role is ideal for an experienced transformation leader with strong portfolio management and stakeholder engagement skills, looking to shape how transformation is delivered across a diverse, multi-country region.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a regional portfolio of transformation initiatives supporting APAC countries and service lines
  • Align priorities with country leadership and relevant regional stakeholders
  • Provide clear direction, oversight, and reporting on transformation activity
  • Support consistent ways of working while respecting local requirements
  • Act as the APAC interface to the Group Transformation function
  • Contribute practical judgement on technology and solution options
  • Build and lead the regional transformation team • Promote collaboration and sharing of reusable approaches across the region

Role requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in transformation, operational improvement, technology delivery, or related roles
  • Experience leading a portfolio of initiatives with governance, prioritisation, and delivery reporting
  • Experience working in a regional or multi-country environment, with strong stakeholder management
  • Practical understanding of modern productivity and automation tools (M365 and Power Platform), with the ability to assess feasibility and delivery impact
  • Experience shaping requirements and evaluating vendors or solutions in a structured way
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Professional services background (audit, tax, advisory, outsourcing, or similar) is an advantage
  • Experience delivering or adopting AI-enabled tools in a controlled, risk-aware environment is an advantage • Additional APAC language capability is an advantage
