Offshore Corporate Administrator

Our client is a leading professional services firm with a strong presence in the offshore corporate services sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Offshore Corporate Administrator to join their Hong Kong office.

This role will support the administration of offshore corporate structures and provide company secretarial services to an international client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum company secretarial and corporate administration support for a portfolio of offshore entities.
  • Prepare board resolutions, minutes, statutory forms and other corporate documentation.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, corporate records and internal databases.
  • Coordinate company incorporations, dissolutions, restructurings and other corporate actions.
  • Ensure all statutory filings, annual renewals and compliance deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with clients, legal counsel, regulators, banks and internal stakeholders regarding corporate matters.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient client service delivery.
  • Assist with client onboarding, due diligence and compliance-related matters.
  • Support senior team members on complex corporate transactions and ad hoc projects.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Role requirements

  • 1-3 years’ corporate secretarial or corporate administration experience gained within Corporate Services Providers/ Professional Services Firms/ Offshore Service Providers/ Law Firms etc.
  • Solid understanding of company secretarial practices and corporate governance requirements.
  • Experience handling offshore entities, particularly BVI and Cayman structures, would be highly advantageous.
  • HKCGI or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
