Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy that enhances brand visibility, strengthens organisational positioning, and supports key business priorities.
Lead the planning and execution of strategic communications campaigns that showcase organisational achievements, thought leadership, and key initiatives across multiple communication channels.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive consistent messaging, strengthen collaboration, and ensure alignment across business units and functions.
Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leadership on media engagement, reputation management, stakeholder communications, and sensitive issues.
Oversee the development of high-quality content across digital platforms, publications, leadership communications, events, and external engagement initiatives.
Establish editorial governance and brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity across all communications materials and campaigns.
Manage communications budgets, external agencies, and creative partners to deliver effective campaigns while optimising resources and outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a growing communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategic or corporate communications, including several years in a leadership or people management capacity.
Demonstrated success in developing integrated communications strategies, managing organisation-wide campaigns, and engaging senior stakeholders within complex environments.
Excellent writing, storytelling, editorial, and presentation skills, with experience across media relations, digital communications, and brand management.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive and collaborative leadership style, with sound judgement, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
