Key responsibilities

Manage an existing team of Credit Services including loan, credit documentation, insurance policy financing…etc.
Responsible for the entire product life cycle for the bank’s Lombard Standard credit book
Prepare and implement credit guideline and process with local regulatory rules
Introduce and lead credit initiatives and manage ad-hoc projects
Collaboration with various counterparts and credit teams and demonstrate professional practices.

Role requirements

A minimum of six years of Private Banking credit or lending experience
Good understanding in credit advisory, assessment, application, approval, ongoing monitoring and period review
Solid knowledge in the financial market as well as regulatory requirements
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
