AVP – Middle Office – Trade Capture

Our client is an international financial institution with a market leading position, particularly in the area of security services and fund administration. They are actively looking for experienced Middle office operations individual who will be responsible to lead and direct all securities Trade Capture.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the development of the department, ensuring the progress and direction of the department is aligned to business strategies and plans.
• Manages efficiency and productivity of the department ensuring transactions are handled correctly and timely.
• Manage the efficiency and productivity of the team to ensure all static data is maintained and updated in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manages the daily transactional workflow within the team
• Exhibits full leadership qualities with ability to handle difficult situations (staff or technical) and manage to a satisfactory conclusion for all concerned.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 10-12 years of Banking experience, especially on Trade Life cycle Post Trade, Collateral Management, Corporate actions area including Settlement reconciliation
• Should have team handling experience and 3 years of experience at Managerial Level
• Exhibits full leadership qualities with ability to handle difficult situations.
