Key responsibilities

Work with stakeholders in the region to learn their goals and requirements and liaise with Group Technology to ensure these are addressed in the technology strategy
Manage any small projects and act as a bridge between the Asia team and Group technology in the delivery of the larger projects
Manage all local technology suppliers as needed
Identify and evaluate new solution opportunities and liaise with Group technology as required
Conduct business analysis, process re-engineering and translate the business needs into technology requirements for systems development

Role requirements

A degree in Computer Science or related and atleast 8+ years of working experience in a similar role
Must possess a background in business analysis for business systems and applications and project management
Have prior experience in process re-engineering. RPA experience a distinct advantage
Good analytical insights required and ability to produce insightful analysis to drive improvements
A background in business analysis and project management
Excellent written and spoken language skills with fluency in English and Chinese
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with business units across various time zones.
