Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, implementation an improvement of procedures and policies to ensure efficient and productive operations.
• Responsible for team development and training.
• Collaborate with different functions with in the corporate such as Legal, Marketing, etc. for risk mitigation and increase market exposure.
• Maintain close relationship internally with key stakeholders and senior management for strategic development, and externally with major vendors for contract negotiation.
• Drive the best initiatives and objectives for quality client services to ensure high customer fulfilment.
