Head of Sales

My client is a Singapore incubated FinTech with a great track record and dominating the market through their constant innovation for both consumers and businesses. A leading business in the payments space they are looking to expand their sales team with a Head of Sales hire to join their senior leadership team with someone who is driven, energetic and understands the financial services space. You should be an expert at driving new business and expanding relationships with customers and strategic channel partners (platforms, financial institutions, etc). This is a management role and requires someone with previous leadership experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Driving growth for the company and communicating with the wider company on sales revenue – targets and goals
  • Establish professional relationships with senior stakeholders at clients and key channel partners and
  • develop an excellent understanding of their needs.
  • Launch partnership programs with partner organisations that drive growth
  • Grow the team and mentor the existing team members, producing a high performing sales team

Role requirements

  • Eight to Ten years’ experience in business development/B2B sales environment – ideally in Financial
  • Services, Cards or the payments industry
  • Adept with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Management experience – ideally 3 to 5 years of team leadership experience
