Key responsibilities

  • Deliver qualitative analyses and insights, and formulate analytical presentations and consultative findings to clients
  • Ensure quality of data, analysis, and delivery in order to build strong client relationship by thoroughly understanding client’s needs and requirements
  • Maintain existing client’s relationship and identify new business opportunities regularly
  • Proactively explore in the research field and utilize new techniques and technologies in the sector of qualitative research

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, sociology, anthropology, psychology, or business with 5 + years of in Qualitative Market Research or related jobs with team management experience
  • Solid experience in working on qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, grounded theory, projective techniques etc.) with the ability to tackle quantitative research
  • Superb communicator with strong client management skills and maintain great relationships with stakeholders across clients
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Spreadsheet
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese a must
