Technology Director

Key responsibilities

• Lead local team of developers and business analysts, partner with stake holders locally and globally, collaborate with peers and technology management.
• Write reusable code and libraries. Individual will help in building a strong techno-functional team which can own and run global programs.
• Develop strong techno-functional team.  Local team is already very technical, individual will help in promoting team maturity
• Promote best practices for software development, Dev-Ops, Agile adoption.
• Help in implementing firm’s cloud strategy for the program.
• Team management – hiring, retention and promotion of high potential team members
• Hands-on development working alongside the team; Lead by example.
• Collaboration within the organization on current and future state architecture
