Recruitment Consultant – IT and Data Analytics

The Edge Partnership is an Asia focused recruitment firm, with offices across the region. In Bangalore we are actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in IT recruitment. We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to help us to continue to expand our IT division pan India. We are looking for a self-motivated, independent thinker who has a strong client network and the ability to build strong relationships with new clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new clients to provide recruitment services in line with our offering
  • Proactively identify clients that we work with in other locations to work with here in India
  • Identify regional opportunities at clients that we can support
  • Able to cross-sell the company to clients, across functions and locations

Role requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a combination of recruitment business development
  • A stable employment background and based in Bangalore
  • Sound overall knowledge of IT as a function and industry generally
  • A strong track record of successful business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
