Group Financial Controller

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Group’s entire reporting, consolidation, finance, accounting and tax matters, and ensuring compliance of financial statements with Group rules for management accounts and local rules for Statutory accounts
• Manage the monthly preparation of financial analysis for discussion with the relevant operational and/or commercial teams
• Lead development of the Group’s financial strategy in relation to costs, budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis
• Drive internal controls reviews and champion improvements to processes and systems
• Spearhead ERP system implementation and any finance transformation projects
• Liaise with relevant external parties ie. auditors, bankers, regulatory authorities, corporate secretarial agents, tax agents etc
• Management of finance teams of all local and overseas subsidiaries
• Oversight for the hiring and development of new and existing team members
• Support in other ad-hoc projects including M&A
