Key responsibilities

  • Digital Sales Expansion – define and achieve online sales goal via UX first approach and expand sales funnel and market share in a KPI and numerically driven pla
  • Accelerate Business Growth – formulate and implement e-Commerce sales plan by regular analysis on merchants and partners on a strategical and performance-based approach
  • Industry Disruption – Initiate innovative strategies to disrupt the e-Commerce environment to scale up the company’s e-Commerce marketplace to be the market leader

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in e-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant with solid 12 years or above experience in e-Commerce and sales management,
  • Proven impressive track record in growing revenue in e-Commerce
  • Possesses analytical and results-driven mentality
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to generate new ideas to the team
  • Great language skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Startup mentality with a “can do” attitude and embrace new technology
