Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the client business providing superior customer service while maximizing business opportunities
  • Be the primary person in charge between client and creative team
  • Mentor the ¾ brand executives/managers to lead the designated client accounts
  • Help lead a servicing team that works with copy writers, community managers and designers.
  • Capable of managing the portfolios of a variety of our clients from various industries
  • To take lead on the strategy discussion with clients and creative team, working with strategist where needed
  • To ensure the client’s brand marketing strategy is carried out in all the communication platforms
  • Analyse and measure a set of KPIs that are structured to meet the client’s needs based on an agreed strategy
  • Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team
  • Establish and grow a strong relationship with client through a demonstration of industry knowledge and ability to address client’s business challenges
  • Manage multi-disciplinary team ensuring all team members are delegated work appropriate for their level and experience and that the team remains challenged and engaged
  • Ensure all deliverables as per contract are delivered to clients
  • Highlight any problem areas for seniors to step in before these become crises
  • Co-responsible for meeting business KPI’s and company’s revenues

Role requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • At least 7 years of client servicing in the related advertising / digital industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ownership
  • Ability to grow team skillsets and manage people (3/4 managers and execs)
  • Working knowledge in social media and/or paid digital advertising campaigns will be an advantage
  • Highly creative, team player, results-oriented, and has an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Honesty in all financial matters
  • Transparency and no office politics
