Product Owner-Workforce/Document/Content Management

We are hiring for techno-functional roles to work in product development team for workflow management, content management, and document management.

Key responsibilities

  • Understanding business needs and transforming that to user stories, identify solutions to solve the business problems.
  • Develop product roadmap, prioritization, scope, test, build design, prototype, and implementation of solutions for enterprise products.
  • Address Risk, track and actively manage workstreams, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Build strong relationship with internal teams within operations, technology and global partners.

Role requirements

  • BE/B.Tech from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute
  • 8+ years of experience in product management/product owner within banking/financial services.
  • Experience working on workflow management/content management/document management products.
  • Exposure working in agile and environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on global projects with cross functional teams and delivery in strict timelines.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, JIRA, APIs, Kafka, OCR, ICR, Metadata, and data digitization.
