Our client is a boutique investment firm managing the investment portfolio of a single-family office with an asset portfolio of over USD 2 billion. The investment team is responsible for public market securities across equities, fixed income and funds and the Singapore based team is urgently looking for an operation candidate responsible for providing MIS reporting support to the investment team.

Key responsibilities

Prepare portfolio and MIS report for the investment team.
Track and analyze portfolio performance.
Manage the MIS system for regular trade capture.
Provide operational support for the investment team including monitoring corporate actions and trade settlements.
Support accounting and valuation for investment portfolio

Role requirements

Solid knowledge in VBA and Macro, experience in Bloomberg is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or IT
A minimum of two years’ experience in fund accounting and/or administration and familiar with portfolio reporting, corporate actions, and settlement process
Strong knowledge in financial instruments and markets
A team player with great personality, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
