Key responsibilities

Responsible for the financial control, financial reporting, and group consolidation processes
Oversee monthly closing process with a focus on cost management and delivery of cost modelling.
Review and approval of the SFC FRR return
Conduct accounting analysis, explain financials, forecast and budgets to the management and related Committees for review.
Involve in the implementation of new accounting standards, as well as review and approval of new products under both IFRS and US GAAP
Responsible for internal and external audit engagements and the filing of tax returns
Drive the best standard of control and continuous governance framework enhancement.

Role requirements

Degree in accounting and a qualified accountant with financial and management accounting experience from banking and financial environment
Solid experience in managing SFC FRR return
Sound leadership skills with track record managing both onshore and offshore teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Attention to details with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI is a big plus.
