Key responsibilities

  • Leading strategic direction across online and offline media, and aligning communication plans to blueprint
  • Conduct media training, workshops, consumer surveys, major presentations including media reviews and annual brand plan
  • Be involved in new business pitches
  • Developing and implementing an effective media plan using credible insights and data, instead of using bottoms-up strategy approach responsible to drive client’s business ambitions
  • Strategizing consumer funnel and consumer journey from awareness to purchase to loyalty
  • For digital specific: must know how to and able to guide the team in setting up a digital campaign, and optimize a campaign including for e-commerce
  • Bring innovation and new tools to boost clients’ campaigns that can drive consumer engagement, data capture, and/or sales
  • To lead a team of 2 to manage several clients
  • Drive performance marketing and be results oriented
  • Be the key point of contact for clients, managing expectations and managing the team to ensure excellent work quality and outcomes

 

Role requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • At least 8 years of media planning experience in the related advertising / digital industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Good analytical skills, balancing a macro view and the little details that matter
  • Good leadership skill, able to lead a team to deliver results
  • Excellent personal/organizational management
  • Good interpersonal & social relations
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, digital publishers’ buying dashboard including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, etc.
  • Ideally a certified practitioner with Facebook Blueprint and/or Google Performance Honours Guru
  • Will take good care of client’s investment, as if it is your own money.
  • Highly creative, team player, results-oriented, and has an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Honesty in all financial matters
  • Transparency and no office politics
