AVP, Operational Risk & Project Management

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for operational risk framework development in accordance with regulatory and the bank’s internal requirements
• Act as the 2nd line of defence to enforce the best operational risk control for the business
• Conduct risk incidents review, carry-out and monitor risk mitigation plans
• Analyse the internal controls measures, identify room for improvements and provide recommendations on enhancement
• Participate in various projects, act as project manager and be the key contact with both internal and external parties throughout the full project life-cycle
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies or applications for operational workflow to improve efficiency
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned when necessary
