Our client is an European Private Bank who is growing their presence in Singapore and their Regional COO office team is looking for a strong Avaloq Data Manager (AVP/VP) to join them.

This role would support the Regional Head of Client Data Management and be responsible for smoothing out processes relating to Avaloq Data.

Key responsibilities

Take charge of creating and developing administrative policies and procedures including employee guidelines.
Provide training and communicate new processes.
Work in partnership with related departments to streamline processes to improve efficiency.
Manage compliance to regulatory requirements.
Identify and lead projects to implement new feature in core banking system and redesign existing processes.

Role requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience within Private Banks.
Proven track record of working with Avaloq or a similar system.
Good knowledge of Private Banking Products and services.
Project Management or LEAN certifications would be advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, being able to multi task and work under pressure.
