Marketing Manager

Our client is the world’s biggest and most trusted retail specialist in newborn and parenting products. They are currently searching for an experienced 360˚ Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs for their online & offline channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing strategy and execution of marketing programs from start to finish for the various brands, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans to drive business objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Manage and track marketing budget meeting marketing targets and objectives.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Partner with creative team, other internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Business or Marketing with 5 years’ sales and marketing experience in key accounts/regional role
  • Preference for retail industry and e-commerce experience
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
  • Exposure to digital and traditional marketing
  • Competence as a creative writer and designer
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
  • Nurturing and able to manage a team.
